This Day in Apple History Sitelet

Apple Matters has a new feature that covers what happened this day in Apple history every day of the year. Now you can add this feature to your site or blog. We have built a new sitelet where you can go, and with a few clicks grab some code to add to your site. Now your readers will be able to see what happened this day in Apple’s history! Once you have incorporated the feed on your site send the url to hadley at applematters.com with your site’s logo and I’ll include it on this page. Your site will also be included on the history page on a side blogroll.

The sitelet is very configurable. You can choose from the following sizes:

120px wide, 160px wide, 320px wide, 480px wide, 640px wide.

Plus there are a variety of themes and you can chose the content you want to show (This Day in Apple History only, and, if you want, other content from Apple Matters).

The code is entirely Apple Matters server-side, so there will be no overhead on your server.

Finally, if your site is Apple related please email along the date it started, and we will include it in the history feature as an “also on this day”
